We rent out seakayaks in Gräsö archipelago, northern Roslagen.
Protected waters with hundreds of islands and close to the open sea.
Suitable for both beginners and more experienced paddlers.

Gräsö Kanotcentral is the Swedish Canoe Federation appointed as an accredited canoe center.
Which of you as our guest is safe rental condition and safe equipment.

Beginners

No previous knowledge required, and beginners get the help they need to come out on their first tour.
Kayaking is estimated by primary children and up.

Description of kayaks

Single kayak: Hasle Explorer

Length:	520 cm

A stable kayak with good properties in open seas. The fore and aft are watertight cargo hatches / bulkheads. Kayak has rudders.

Double kayak: Trapper K2 Expedition

Length:	630 cm
Width:	69 cm
Weight:	35 kg
Cockpit:	78 x 41 cm
Hatch covers:	3 different: A big one 85 x 42 cm (holds a great children), a oval 41 x 22 cm and a round 24 cm.
Material:	Fiberglass

This Kayak is easy to paddle and suitable for long trips. The loading of 350 kg and can take two small or one big children in a large cargo in the middle. Pack hatches / bulkheads are in the fore and aft. Kayak has rudders.

Equipment

Paddle, spraydeck, life jacket and map are included. In addition, there are extra paddle, towing, compasses, and some other small subject to borrow in availability.

Lifejackets in sizes from 50 to 90 + kg.		A laminated map over a 10 x 15 km wide area around Rävsten is supplied, and may be attached to the kayak with elastic cords.
With pump and sponge can the kayak be emptied of water.		With a spraydeck, can waves beat over the kayak without water leaking into.
Are you out there and paddle alone, and the kayak capsize, you can come up again with the help of paddlefloat.

Below you will find our prices for kayaks and short information on times, etc.
All prices is with reservation for future changes.

Day: Valid morning to the afternoon/evening on the same day.
24 Hour: Valid from 09:00 to 09:00 the day after, or between 18:00-18:00 the following day.
Week: Valid seven consecutive days, whatever day of the week.

Important Considerations / Restrictions

All paddling is at your own risk, check before any insurance terms, ex's home insurance.
All should be able to swim, wear a life jacket, and in advance the planned route.
At the delay, contact canoe central.

"In the case of damage or theft of leased and borrowed equipment, is the customer fully liable!"

Upon return of kayaks and associated equipment, kayaks should be reviewed and cleaned / emptied out. Dry them inside with a damp sponge, then put them on the designated spot.
Other accessories will be reviewed and cleaned if necessary, then hung on the designated spot.
If any damage or failure of equipment incurred, should this be notified as soon as possible by the customer.

Rubbish should be taken care of by the customer and thrown on the designated spot.
Gräsö Kanotcentral care about the environment, and therefore refers our customers to do the same.
